Monday the 14th April I get another email to say parcel out for delivery it is 18:40 still nothing delivered. Call George who has the parcel his phone on voicemail, call and speak to Kim she confirms as follows her words " o my word parcel not delivered. She takes my cell and states she will get the Ops Manager to call me still nothing. Last year June this very couriers lost my parcel and TEMU refunded me and a miracle 5 weeks later they find my parcel. I will post all over all social media services of this poor service from Fast Way and I endure that TEMU hears about this, I will ensure that George will be held accountable for his shoddy work
