I placed my order with Homechoice on the 12th April and it was packed and forwarded to Fastway Courier service and till this day no order was received instead they informed Homechoice that the order was received

I placed my order with Homechoice on the 12th April and it was packed and forwarded to Fastway Courier service and till this day no order was received instead they informed Homechoice that the order was received. And on the 29th April I send an email to find out where is the order, a lady called me and said they can't find my address on the map. And on the 06th May I send another email for the same, they called on the 12th May and told me they will investigate and revert. It went quiet and on the 16th May checked my account with Homechoice I was billed for the parcel I never received. This is the 3rd time experiencing the same with this company. The 1st and 2nd the courier truck was hijacked, this is *****.
