I ordered from Temu on the 27 August and on the 6 September 2025 they told me my parcel is between Rustenburg and Johannesburg

I ordered from Temu on the 27 August and on the 6 September 2025 they told me my parcel is between Rustenburg and Johannesburg. I called Rustenburg yesterday and my parcel was not there & still at Johannesburg . I called Johannesburg today only to find out my parcel is in Capetown. On the Temu app tracking still says my parcel is prepared for customs and their WhatsApp tracking still says between Johannesburg and Rustenburg.... Their service is poor, their tracking system is not accurate...still waiting for my parcel even now
