I need my parcel fastway
Hello Peter iam having problems with fastway couries (South Africa) no communication about my parcel from Temu its has been with them from the 3rd /05 I did pay the costumes on the 5th then on the 7th that was their last communication with me about my parcel its say its it jhb and iam in pta what takes so long to deliver where is the status

15 May 2024, 09:32Hello peter again for the 2nd time no respond from fastway couries I have tried them on whatsapp;phone calls and email no consultant to respond about my parcel fastway pls I want my parcel I ordered on the 23 /04 I payed my costumes on the 5th /05 and it shows that my parcel is at jhb and iam at pta so why can't you deliver its have to take a whole month. As it's my first order frm online shopping it's make me scared that I have been scarmed cos there is no communication .pls deliver my parcel fastway I will keep on complaining until you respond to me
