I have had a parcel out for delivery since 23rd of December

I have had a parcel out for delivery since 23rd of December. I tried to contact Fastway as its destination was incorrect on the notification I received. I live in Colchester and the parcel was out for delivery to Kenton on Sea. Since the 23rd of December I have been trying to reach the PE depot in any way possible. They not available by phone, my WhatsApps go unattended with a message at the end of each day saying they were unable to get to my query. I finally got to the CT branch who says PE is not responding to calls or emails for an extended period of time. What is a person to do with such shoddy service ? Terrible!
