I hate this company

they got my parcel on the 9th of September and they just kept it at their office. I reached out on the 16th and they claimed that they could not find my place on google maps. I asked to pick it up at thir office and they never responded. I reached out again to them on the 20th to tell them that a different company will pick it up from their office on the 23rd,only for some lady to return the company claiming they didnt know which parcel they wanted to pick up. On the 25th I ask them why they are transporting my parcel to Welkom yet they know I have arranged for pick up and the lady rudely said she doesnt know why. Their service is poor and they have attitude and horrible customer service.
