I dinner plate has more depth that this company

Today would mark the 3rd day that this poor excuse of a company should have delivered my package. The first attempt was on the 31st of December 2019 - where I was apparently contacted by the driver...it turns out after I phoned (who knows how many times) that the number they had for me was a 9 digit number?!?!?!?! The 2nd time they tried to deliver my package (after I myself phoned this company many many many times during the day yesterday) they promised me that I would have the package by no later than 4pm....guess what...yes you guessed it - NO PACKAGE. Today this company had their third try (after I phoned the company and both drivers JIMMY *** and LUBALALO ***) the "Fast way"car pulls up and I find the driver "Jimmy" and you would not believe it but the package was not in the car - they are here to deliver the package but no package?!?!?!?!?!?! What a *&&%^$ing joke!!!!!!!! I then tried to phone the company reception to try and speak with a senior manager and let me tell you - this is not possible!!! The 1st receptionist named Ntkolo told me after she put me on hold for some time that her manager "Chriss Cronje" is not available. I tried to phone again and the 2nd receptionist named Zunkole told me the exact same thing after keeping me on the phone on hold for some time.

Lets be real people - how do you manage to breathe let alone run this company?????!!!!!
