I despise Fastway Couriers!!!

I cannot express enough how passionately I despise this courier company. I have never ever before experienced this type of service from a courier company and believe me, I am not the one choosing them. The online companies I use to buy from, uses them. Baffles my mind completely as to why, since this will cause me to not shop from them at all. No clear and concise tracking, no sms notifications, no people answering online queries or email queries. Absolutely no contact with a single human being!!! I score then minus, minus zero if there ever could be such a thing.
