These guys are sitting with my parcel for over a week now, their systems dont work so its impossible to reach anyone. The courier schedule is outdated on their website and they dont answer calls either so its hopeless. As soon as i want to view the tracking it changes from A to B to C and then back...... Next step is to locate the director or write on fb hoping someone will pay attention
