I am so TIRED of incompetence!

Ordered something online, was informed on Tuesday that it would arrive on Wednesday- which it didn't. I called and was then told it would definitely arrive on Thursday and it didn't. Called again and was told the the package was misplaced and would now only arrive on Friday. Have the staff just ****** my package?? Or are they just ***********? I have to plan my whole week around fetching this damn package which is really inconvenient and unnecessary. When I buy items internationally, they come sooner! How can you put the word 'fast' in your title, if you are NOT FAST????
