I am disappointed to the last bit

I phoned in just now after the excellent service my cousin claims to have receive from them,i did not get good service it was the worse ever,i was holding the phone for wat felt like hours if u are on prepaid and only to be attended to by THABANI who acted like I begged him for the service, I am disappointed and I do not even intend on using that service ever,they make feel like nothing,i am so angry.and it was my 1st time using this service and I got told it was good by my cousin.
