Hurry up and wait

Parcel at depot but not being delivered. No answer of the phones; had to keep redialing until someone eventually answered. When I asked why is my parcel at the depot but not being delivered I was told the bakkie doing the deliveries is broken 🙄 to top it all nobody knows when it will be fixed. Fastway needs to learn what customer service means, I would have been waiting for who knows how long if I did not phone them. Now it's a hurry up and wait situation. Hopefully that bakkie will be fixed before month end. Will also suggest to my supplier to use a different courier...
