How can they still be in business

This company clearly does not care what there customers think as they do not even bother to reply to disatisfied clients. They clearly know that they offer the worst sevice possible. Delivery on the vehicle on 23/12/2019 for delivery and couldn't effect delivery. Sent through an automated query and no surprise no response. Phoned the Johannesburg depot and explained it was a Christmas gift and was told by Sam that it would definitely be delivered today the 24/12/2019 as the depot was closing at 12:00 and all parcels on the vehicle had to be delivered as they were not returning to the depot. I have recieved a notification at 13:43 to say the delivery cannot be effected. Not only one of the worst service companies in South Africa but they blatantly lie to there clients.
