Horrid service from fastway

Very rude drivers and *********** supervisors. Obakeng a supervisor doesn't follow through on what he says he will be doing. Lucky mathebula a driver is extremely rude and gives the worst service especially on Friday afternoons, he's probably always in a rush to knock off. He will make 1 call and leave before you can even answer the phone or get to the gate. If you call him back he doesn't answer the calls. If he dies he will simply say he will not make the delivery. Parcels aren't delivered at agreed times either, I'm not sure what the point if making delivery arrangements is when they just do as they please. It's such a nuisance and inconvenience dealing with them.
