Horrid Service

I bought a pair of shoes from Florsheim and received a notification that the courier service will deliver within 3 to 4 days so I had no rush. today the 19th Feb I get a call from the courier guy saying that he is at my place and has been there for a long time and that he is leaving, so I asked him if he can just wait one minute so that I can phone the house and ask them to open. he plain down refused. With other courier companies I would receive regular updates of when I can expect the package and if it is enroute, not with this company. I managed to get hold of my wife to open but the guy had already left and on the phone he said he will see when he is available to come again because I am wasting his time. I really believe that this is a very bad attitude to have since everything was paid for, at least notify us that you are sending the parcel so that we can have someone stand outside with a bunch of flowers to welcome you, my wife checked the video footage and it shows that he was there for less then 5 minutes, yes he tried to ring the bell, but let us know when you are coming so we can wait for you and don't call in the last 30 seconds of you leaving and tell me that you will see when you are around again, I am so P&^*&^ssed
