Horrible unreliable service

Worst courier company ever I got a email that my parcel will be delivered on Wednesday now they tell me that they dont have the numbers of the drivers. HOW is that possible. so they trust people to deliver our parcels without even having their numbers. I spoke to Sophy the manager she said she will get back to me - NOTHING then Megan and now im waiting once more

I will NEVER use them again
