Horrible Service. Unprofessional.

This is the most unprofessional courier company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a mirror from Leroy Merlin on Wednesday. I got an sms on Thursday saying my order is with the courier and I will be contacted to arrange for delivery. Friday Austin called me at 10:22 am saying he is outside my complex. Never called never made arrangements. I told him I am at work. He then asked if he can deliver the following day. I sat at home the entire Saturday waiting for my delivery. It is now Sunday and then the work week starts again. I hate unprofessionalism and time wasting. I have things to do then to wait for a delivery you have no idea when it’s coming.
