Horrible service!

I just want to say how disappointing Fastway Couerier services are! Never have I ever received a package in such horrid state. Everything is covered in dirt, one box was completely open as it was squashed by everything. Not to mention its contents covered in dirt within its packaging and within a box, how is it possible? One bag was completely torn open as if someone took the clothing item out. It was completely filthy. My kitchen floor covered in dirt! And then you wait sooooooo long. I mean how come Buffalo is so fast in comparison to these guys? My son's babygrow covered in dirt within the packaging! They are the most horrible courier service in South Africa! I experienced this a number of times! I wish they can be replaced entirely by better couriers.
