Horrible service

I received a notification on the 15th of December that my order will be delivered to me. It is now 9 days later and I have still not received it. Everyday the tracking app has some sort of excuse about my order not being delivered. It says that the consignee is not available, but not once did anyone try to contact me. I have tried numerous times to reach out to customer service and have still not been helped! I truly believe the courier person is lazy to deliver my parcel and has been posting incorrect information about me not being available just so that he does not have to deliver. I have tired everything and have been on the phone for hours trying to get someone to help me but i have not been successful. Truly the worst service ever experienced. This courier service has been messing around with my order. I can’t understand why this would be the case when it’s your sole job to be delivering items to customers. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of help I have received and the fact that it’s taking so long to deliver my order.
