horrible service

the most terrible service,called to ask what time will the delivery be by me,get told not later than 4:30,change my appointment to 5:15,guess what its 5:15 now and still no delivery,called the driver numerous times and he even cut my call twice,rather send your parcels with other companies,when u tell them u gonna speak to higher management they say u can do that,seems like they don't care,maybe there whole team speaks the same language,very disgusting and time wasting...maybe change the name from fastway to sloway
