HORRIBLE SERVICE

This is the WORST service ever - Newcastle branch. Package sent from Cape Town. Within 2 days delivered to Newcastle +- 1700 km trip. 6 Days later my package is still not delivered to Volksrust 52 km trip. 3 phone calls later, long list of excises and eventually I've been told that they still do deliveries till 22:00. REALLY?
