Horrible service and very rude stuff

Very unprofessional stuff, disrespectful and rude customer service agents. They are not helpful at all, my parcel keeps being on boreded on the delivery truck and doesn't not reach me for 5 days, each time you call, they tell you that the driver will come, what do you want them to do. Very pathetic service.
