Horrible service and slow

Customer service is pathetic. My package has been with them for 4 days and I have no idea when it will be delivered. They don't answer phone calls, respond to email or WhatsApp messages. Please don't use their service. When I eventually got hold of someone she was not able to help and coughed in my ear
