Horrible service and ignoring warnings for fragile items

My husband did a Temu order on behalf of one of his staff members. Received notification yesterday that the package will be delivered. The driver arrived while I was out to fetch my son at school. When he phoned, my husband advised him that I will be home shortly. The driver proceeded to take the package, that clearly shows FRAGILE, and threw it over the gate, 5 minutes before I arrived home.
