HORRIBLE SERVICE

I booked a collection on the 18th with one of the drivers in soweto (Rabelani) and she did collect on that day, she promised to collect the next day and still she didn't. Today on the 22nd when I confirm with her if she'll collect today she said yes she will collect, she forgot to collect the past days. To my surprise the parcel is still not collect and its 18:23 of which I doubt that it will be collected today. This is totally unacceptable because it reflects badly to my business when my customers don't receive their orders on time
