HORRIBLE SERVICE

Absolutely terrible service the past few months. No more working phone lines! Must use their Whatsapp port for communication. Been trying that for 2 days now with NO SUCCESS! They just send a reply say : Technical difficulty. Accept our apologies. They used to be great. No the service is terrible. They have been sitting with my parcel since 2 January and it is still not delivered (let me just add, I am based in a City close to their depot, so NO EXCUSES OF ME BEING BASED IN A FAR OUTLYING AREA)
