Horrible service

Fastway courier sends delivery notifications then they don’t come on that day and just randomly attempts delivery on a different day. We can’t be at home all day waiting everyday. They must stick to their delivery notifications. Totally unacceptable that they don’t even want to give it to a neighbour when you’re unavailable… horrible courier services and your drivers are rude. My delivery was handed over to them on the 24th December, it’s the 10th I still don’t have my parcel. I’d give zero stars if it was an option.
