Horrible Service

Horrible service. I asked Fastway to deliver my parcel on the 27th of December because I would not be available earlier than that date, the customer service agent agreed. Yet, they still attempted to deliver on the 23rd of December. Now when I call them back they don't answer their phone, they WhatsApp line doesn't respond and their online chat service is also unresponsive.
