Horrible service

Rustenburg branch. Worst service ever!!! Forever have to wait for packages purchased online. Staff arrogant and rude and very unhelpful, the driver asking me questions nothing to do with him. I must phone them and waste my airtime, between the office and driver they kept referring me as no one can assist me to arrange certain time slots for delivery. Not professional at all!
