Horrible Service

I placed an order with online company and the delivery estimate was 1-5days, it has been day 5 yesterday and when I queried the status, I was informed my parcel has been handed over to the courier company Fastway Couriers. When I call to inquire where my parcel is I was told its been handed over to a driver yesterday 28 November, yet no delivery. I called to inquire again today and was told the same thing. This is very unacceptable as its passed the delivery estimated time and I made it clear that i will not be available after today. The service received from the staff at Fastway has been very unpleasant. The parcel is a gift for a wedding this Saturday which I need TODAY.
