Horrible Service!!!!!!

Been waiting for my parcel since the 12th of December 2022, kept calling and I have never received any assistance. I even submit an online enquiry, still no feedback. They let you wait on the line for over an hour and they don’t even assist you. All I want is my PARCEL PLEASE. When I track my parcel it says there’s an enquiry on it!!! Calling doesn’t even help at all
