HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have never experienced a courier service that does not communicate with the person it should be delivering to. I placed an order on SHEIN and the courier service they use in South Africa is terrible. I have received no communication since my parcel was handed over to this Fasrway couriers. And because of this experience I don't see myself placing another SHEIN order, it has been a horrible experience.
