Horrible service

sitting waiting for a package that just doesnt come.<br> promised delivery by the call centre between 10:00 and 12:00... no one comes<br> promised delivery by the call centre between 14:00 and 15:00, told to phone the driver myself, who doesnt answer... again no one comes<br> we close at 15:00... still waiting, now in a dark office<br> promised delivery now between 16:00 and 17:00.<br> Finally i get hold of the driver who said would be here at 16:00. <br> <br> why couldnt i get the right information from the beginning? is that too much effort?<br> <br> was almost thinking of using them for my company, i definitly dodged a bullet there.
