Horrible service

Horrible service. We've beeeeeeen waiting for our parcel that was in transit for about 3 days, the distance between these 2 places is 223km just so you know. The parcel arrived at their deport yesterday I called the driver he told me he won't be able to deliver at my address because they start with placed that have more parcels which is convenient for him I guess. He then said they'll probably deliver at my address today, he even suggested that I go pick up my parcel at their depot I told him I'm too far. I called him today he told he won't be able to deliver today because once again he needs to start with places that have more parcels. I also paid, he's not doing me a favor and I'm guessing I'll have to wait another week because tomorrow is a holiday and on Friday he'll probably start with other places again because my parcel isn't as important. I've literally waited close to 2 weeks for this parcel and the company that sent this parcel sent it close to 2 weeks ago meaning it's been with them all this time. I'm so frustrated, I really hope I never have to deal with fastway ever again. And the driver literally has zero empathy because at some point he stopped responding to me.
