Horrible Serves

Today at 09:58, I received a call from Fastway Couriers confirming the delivery address for my Temu order. Soon after, I received an email stating that the courier was unable to deliver the package. When the courier arrives at the delivery address, shouldn’t someone be there to collect the package? I have never been this irritated before. We have lives and work commitments, so it’s unreasonable to expect me to wait outside by the gate for the whole day.
