Horrible rude rerrible service from the staff- courier driver okay

The driver was okay but the Afrikaans speaking people I spoke to one man and especially pne waoman was incredibly unprofessional. They do not want to help you. They do not want to look up your business address and they do not want to listen to you they just want to put the phone down as quickly as they humanly can as to not to speak with you.

The courier driver was lost because the people working the system were not doing their jobs properly.

It's a shame their communication skills are so wildly poor if they had basic communication skills the way they do customer service would not be so terrible.

I would like to speak to their manager just to find out how he could but people with such poor communication skills at their virtual front desk.

There seems to be a staffing issue, talent shortage and all together lack of basic training and basic skills.
