Horrible horrible service!!! Horrible

My parcel arrived at their depot at 6:44 this morning. When I called to find out what time will it be dispatched to me as it has been sitting there since morning, I was **** too and told it has not arrived, I think she didn’t understand me or she thought I don’t know how to track my parcel. When I called her out she asked me to hold and transferred me to the next person who pretended as if she didn’t know what was going on. And she abruptly told me they will only deliver tomorrow because they can’t come all the way to mdantsane for 3 parcels. As if I did not pay for my service. As if it was just free delivery and they are doing me a favor. Now I can’t go to my doctors appointment tomorrow because I don’t even know what time they will deliver. And she claims to have gotten these instructions from her manager. Pathetic service. Very disappointing.
