horrible horrible service

<p>truly poor service ever from you guys, i ordered some thing from a company lady bug, and it was supposed to be delivered to me today, the lady calls and shouts me on the phone and is all rude on the phone, cause she is at the wrong address, then i said i need to hand it in today, she said no only monday, i am taking this to another level </p>
