Horrible Customer Service

A parcel got delivered to me by a guy named David, yesterday and today. He was rude yesterday and i let it go. Today he phones me to deliver and i tell him to hoot at the gate, that is the same instruction that i have given when placing the order because my helper is the one that is home majority of the times. Now he tells me that he cant hoot. I told him that i am telling him to do and he tells me that he cant do it. So then he must do what he wants. I do not want him to deliver for me anymore. I have blocked his number. I am expecting other parcels and for the life of me it better not be him. I have had people deliver for me previously from your company and i have never experienced such. Rather you guys send my parcels back to Bash and i will take it up with them because i am not your customer, i am their customer and they understand the type of service that they have to deliver to their customers. I am telling my boss to cancel his services with you guys, if this is how you will treat his cutomers in return. Our brand does not align with this type of service.
