Horrible customer service!!

What a terrible service! The delivery guy was so rude and impatient. He literally left with my package today after I tried calling him so many times with no luck. His phone was on busy mode the entire time. When I finally reached him, he told me that he had only 5 mins in the area after that he is leaving coz he has other deliveries mine is not the only one… his name is Thato Legodi
