Horrible customer service

Atrocious service. The staff on the phone outright **** to me consecutively about my parcel being sent out for delivery yesterday and again today. I should have received my parcel by the 24.11.22 yet today is the 30.11.22. The backlog on deliveries is not my prerogative. I even opted to do their drivers job for them by going in personally to collect my parcel to which I was told it cannot be located. I am so furious as I took out time off my busy schedule but also used my own fuel to go try and retrieve my package and yet they still weren't able to hand it to me. I don't recommend using their services to any one and I definitely will not recommend them at all. The lack of urgency and professionalism is quite appalling!!! I demand my parcel be delivered no later than tomorrow 01.12.22
