Horrible customer service

Fastway is nightmare courrier they took over my parcel from Buffalo 7 days ago even now I haven't recieved my parcel instead they make wait for 30 minutes on the line infact they can't locate my parcel they will tell u call Pmb and Pmb tells to call Dbn m so annoyed
