Horrible Customer Service

During the holiday season, two of our parcels got lost. Not only is this unacceptable, but to top it off, we weren't informed of this. The customer service is horrible and not efficient, we are unable to resolve this issue as we keep being told to wait and that someone will call. Nobody calls.

Not a good experience. I will definitely be looking for a new courier company to start off 2018 a lot better.
