Horrible courier company

This company does not even deserve the one star!!!My order has been at their Pretoria depot for almost 2 weeks, there is no communication whatsoever from them. I tried calling their landline which is never answered and their WhatsApp always has technical issues. When tracking my order it shows “ We have experienced a problem with your parcel which is currently under query at our depot” This has never been communicated to me!!!! We shop online for convenience and this is very frustrating. Lovisa needs to stop using their services if they value their customers.
