Horrible company ever.

What a horrible service this company is having, they will place you on hold forever, yesterday I wasted R230 airtime calling them and I was on hold till I'm airtime was finished, I have been waiting for my order from Temu and my order is with them now, they are always lying on the tracking status saying they are delivering today and they don't come, now they are saying something is wrong with my order, and i call them to find out they place me on hold forever and disconnect this lines, even now as I'm writing this review I'm on hold, this is a terrible company, I don't know why is temu using them. What a nightmare.
