Holding on parcels and then they tell you to meet them halfway

The worst courier company ever they are not consider. The customer care line it just a formality it does not work you hold for the longest time and once you get a hold of them , they are rude and also hang the phone without assisting you. They so unprofessional, I was told to meet them halfway because he is afraid to come to the specified address so i had to take out extra money so I can get my order. They don't consider the fact i had to call them several time before i got hold of them. So I lost R150 extra so I could get my order, so it was useless to use there services as I had to spend unnecessary money. There employees are not passionate about there jobs as I'm still shocked on how they deal with query at there warehouse. Its the first and last time thatIm using this delivery company, and wouldn't recommend the service to a clint or a friend.They're not reliable
