Highly upset

I have been waiting for my parcel for fastway for more than an week now. When I send an mail I got no reply and when I called they said my parcel wil be delivered on 05/06/20. I did not receive my parcel. I called them to ask what is going on and they told me they wil deliver my parcel on 06/06/20. I was upset by this news so I tried to speak to someone who can help me. The person I talk to said he would call me back and I still have not received any call. From the 28th of May my parcel was in the wrong bay and they only fixed it because I called to complain. I am very upset. How do you do business like this?
