High Duty & VAT Payment

I was ridiculously overcharged for customs taxes for an order that cost half of the tax with only 4 clothing (light) items in the package.

I have made several purchases and never have I been sent a ridiculous amount of almost R700 to pay before. I sent several emails to query about the high tax for customs and possibly find a way to cancel the order. Unfortunately, there has been no response including the business number from Fastway couriers.
