Headache inducing service

According to the tracking system my parcel has been on the delivery vehicle for 3 days now. This is the second time this has happened. After contacting the branch multiple times, no success. I also work from home, so no excuse that I weren’t home to receive the parcel. Taking an aspirin now and hoping I receive my parcel soon.
