Great service online and on the road!

I ordered some items from a company in Durban on late Monday afternoon. I received them in Johannesburg today, Wednesday, around 4pm. I was able to talk with the driver to find out when he would be delivering them and the time he told me was almost exact. They were extremely helpful and friendly on their designated online customer chat which I appreciated as it was so easy to be to use.

I am surprised to see so many negative comments as this has been my second interaction with Fastway and both have gone extremely well. Great service online and on the road.
